Your first 100 confirmed participant bookings each month are free (this is based on when the booking is made, not the date of the session/event it is for). After that, we currently charge a default rate of $0.66 AUD including GST per additional confirmed booking.

Use cash, bank transfers or your own payment arrangements. Confirmed bookings count whether the participant has paid your club yet or not.

Waitlists, cancelled bookings and cancelled sessions are excluded. The free allowance renews each month and does not roll over.

On the 1st of each month 002 sends you an invoice for the previous month (if you had more than 100 bookings in that month). The club contact receives a secure payment link by email. Payment is due by the end of that month.

From the 7th, an unpaid invoice appears as a pinned payment notice for club administrators. New bookings are blocked from the 1st of the following month if the requested payment is still unpaid. Existing records and billing remain accessible.

For example, 500 confirmed bookings at $10 each brings in $5,000 for your club. After your 100 free bookings, 400 × $0.66 = $264.00 including GST goes to 002 — 5.28% of your booking revenue.

All offline prices include GST. The $0.66 default includes $0.06 GST per booking. Invoice payments go directly to 002 through Stripe.

If you upgrade to online payments, offline booking charges stop applying to new confirmations once Online Payments is active. Outstanding invoices and offline bookings already confirmed remain subject to their original billing model.

002 fees may change. The rates shown here are the current platform defaults; check your club settings for your agreed rate.

Automatic online payments

With Stripe and built-in club credit management.

Set up and connect your club's Stripe account, and 002 handles session and membership payments automatically. No chasing payments or collecting cash, and detailed reports for your finance person!

Automatic credit management takes care of changes in plans: eligible players who withdraw from a session have the fee they paid immediately added to their club credit, ready for a future booking. Choose which sessions offer automatic withdrawal credit and set a cutoff so last-minute withdrawals do not receive it. Manage members' club credits in the same place, without calculating or issuing each credit yourself.

Clubs can also refund card payments back to the original card through 002, provided the player has not already spent the corresponding club credit.

Ideal for larger clubs and anyone who wants to spend less time on payment admin.

Stripe and 002 fees are deducted from payments, and the remainder goes automatically to your club's bank account.

  • Stripe — Australian cards: $0.30 + 1.7%.
  • Stripe — international cards: $0.30 + 3.5%.

A withdrawal usually results in club credit for the player, depending on the rules you have set up. It does not undo the fees on the original payment. When a player pays for a session entirely with club credit, no further payment fees apply.
