Terms and Conditions

002 User Terms and Conditions V1.0

Last updated: 16 June 2026. These terms apply when you use 002 to create an account, book sessions, buy memberships, make payments, receive credits, or otherwise use 002 services through one or more Groups.

1. Groups

In these terms, a Group means any club, playing group, association, organiser, tenant, venue group or other organisation that uses 002 to organise players, sessions, bookings, memberships, payments or related activities. We use Group because some organisations are formal clubs and others are informal playing groups.

2. About 002

002 is operated by MojoKnows Australien Pty Ltd trading as 002. 002 provides software and payment-processing functionality for Groups. Through 002, you may create an account, manage bookings, buy memberships, pay for services, receive notices and access other features offered by participating Groups.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, 002 operates the platform and is not the supplier of a Group's sessions, memberships, coaching, competitions, merchandise or other services listed through the platform.

3. Your Account and Platform Use

You must provide accurate account, contact and payment information and keep that information reasonably up to date.

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with bookings or payments, impersonate another person, or use 002 in a fraudulent, misleading or unlawful way.

002 may suspend, limit or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity, security or lawful operation of the platform, its users, Groups or payment systems.

4. Bookings, Memberships and Group Services

002 enables Groups to offer bookings, memberships and related services through the platform. Availability, eligibility rules, session formats, membership inclusions, prices, cancellation windows and other operational settings are generally determined by the relevant Group.

The Group remains responsible for supplying the underlying Group service, including whether a session proceeds, whether a membership is honoured, and how Group-specific rules are applied, subject to applicable law.

5. Payments and Stripe Processing

Payments made through 002 may be processed using Stripe or another payment provider selected by 002. By making a payment through the platform, you authorise 002 and its payment processors to process your payment for the relevant booking, membership or other purchase.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, 002 collects and processes payments through the platform as payment facilitator for the relevant Group or supplier. The amount charged may include amounts retained by 002 for platform and payment-processing services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your selected payment method is valid, authorised and has sufficient funds or credit. If a payment fails, is reversed or disputed, 002 or the relevant Group may cancel, suspend or unwind the associated booking, membership, credit or benefit to the extent permitted by law.

6. Cancellations, Refunds and Remedies

Cancellation outcomes depend on the cancellation period, Group settings, the nature of the service, any specific terms presented at the time of booking or purchase, and your rights under applicable law.

If you cancel within the cancellation period shown by the Group, the amount paid for that booking will ordinarily be converted to Group Credit rather than refunded to your original payment method, unless the law requires another remedy.

If the Group cancels a session, materially changes it, or cannot supply the booked service, the Group will provide any refund, re-supply or other remedy required by law.

7. Group Credit

Your account may show a balance called Group Credit if credits are issued to you under a Group's booking, cancellation, volunteer or adjustment rules.

Group Credit is a limited-use booking credit that can be used for eligible goods or services offered by the issuing Group through 002. Group Credit is not a bank account, deposit account or cash wallet.

Unless required by law, Group Credit is not redeemable for cash and cannot be paid out or transferred outside the issuing Group.

8. Chargebacks, Reversals and Errors

If a payment is charged back, reversed, refunded in error, duplicated, or affected by fraud, mistake or technical failure, 002 or the relevant Group may correct the transaction record and adjust associated bookings, memberships, balances or Group Credit to reflect the correct position, subject to applicable law.

You agree to cooperate with reasonable requests for information relating to disputed or mistaken payments.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory guarantee or other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Changes, Privacy and Contact

002 may update these terms from time to time by publishing an updated version. Unless a later effective date is stated, changes apply from publication on a prospective basis only.

Your use of 002 may involve the collection, storage and use of personal information needed to operate accounts, bookings, payments, communications and support functions.

If you have questions about a booking, membership, cancellation, Group Credit or Group service, please contact your Group first. If your question relates to the 002 platform itself, contact 002 at support@002.net.au.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law in force in Victoria, Australia. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and courts competent to hear appeals from them.
